David Felix is our company President and has been a registered Sonographer for over 15 years. He has personally worked at more than 50 hospitals on temporary assignments, and has the perspective needed to provide clinical expertise during the interviewing of new techs as well as offering professional guidance to all of our employees. He established SonoTemps in 1995 based on his own experiences as a traveler and on his desire to provide the healthcare industry with a temporary staffing agency specializing in ultrasound services. Outside SonoTemps, Dave is an avid pilot and competitive tennis player. Feel free to contact Dave any time.

Tammie Straughn is a Florida native and has a husband and children that keep her on the run. She has over 10 years in sales, project management, and marketing experience in the supplemental staffing, high-tech and communications industries. As her number one priority and commitment, Tammie is dedicated to providing our healthcare clients with the highest caliber of Healthcare Professionals available and locating the best assignments for Medical Imaging professionals. Jennie Alloway has over 10 years of experience in personnel recruiting and employee management. As one of the original recruiters of SonoTemps, Jennie has developed wonderful working relationships with many Employees and Healthcare facilities that have relied on her so many times in the past. Jennie has a keen eye for finding the right assignment for the employee and filling the assignment need quickly for the Healthcare facility. Beth Wessell has nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and has worked at SonoTemps for 5 years. Her background is in healthcare finance and she has worked in financial management at major hospital systems in Florida and North Carolina. She oversees the business development and financial side of SonoTemps and loves to travel (especially to Hawaii!!) when she gets the chance.

Among other professional experiences, Wendy Watson has co-owned a temporary employment agency, has produced professional documentaries, and is a huge Harley Davidson fan! She is our "go-to person" when it comes to great flights, beautiful housing accommodations, and payroll questions. Once you are on board with SonoTemps, Wendy makes sure your accommodations and paperwork are set-up perfectly before you start your assignment and ensures that payroll is completed accurately and on time. Wendy is dedicated in providing you the best professional, prompt, and personalized service possible during your travel assignment experience.

Ellen Felix has been very instrumental in the business development of SonoTemps since its inception in 1995. She has many years of experience and management in Health Information Services, and brings that expertise to SonoTemps. Her role as Office Manager includes responsibilities of billing, invoicing, and payables. Her role outside of the office is equally rewarding as the wife of Dave Felix and mother to their two teenage daughters.
